Photograph illustrating the removal of a persistent left ovarian cyst within a containment bag (in case of spillage), sparing as much of the normal left ovarian tissue as possible, with complete hemostasis maintained using minimal bipolar cautery. A CO2 laser with char free ultrapulse power settings was used to incise the tissue between the cyst and the normal ovarian tissue.
