Photograph of deep “classic” brown powder burn endometriotic lesions along the urinary bladder. These lesions can be deep and during ablation (removal) they often express dark brown syrup like liquid (most likely old blood that has turned brown). For optimal surgical results, removal of the entire lesion including the deep portions is important.
