Photograph of the hysteroscopic view of the lower uterine cavity containing an irregular mass of tissue that was easily removed with a resectoscope loop electrode without the use of electrocautery. The pathology report identified endometrium with the thick walled vessels that are characteristic of an endometrial polyp.
