Proximal Tubal Occlusion on HSG
Radiograph of a hysterosalpingogram revealing a distended normal uterine cavity, proximal tubal occlusion on the right side, and left tubal patency (the line of dye from the left ostium of the uterus is initially very thin during its course through the isthmic portion of the tube and the diameter subsequently increases as the dye passes through the ampullary and more distal portions of the tube). Free spillage of dye into the pelvis is demonstrated.
