Irregular Filling Defects on HSG
Radiograph of a hysterosalpingogram revealing a large irregular filling defect within the uterine cavity (despite full distension of the cavity and partial filling of the left fallopian tube). These filling defects are large relative to the entire area within the uterine cavity and probably would interfere with uterine implantation.
