Radiograph of a hysterosalpingogram demonstrating a uterine cavity with an irregular filling defect in the lower uterine segment and bilateral tubal patency. This defect was found to be a small region of adhesions on hysteroscopy, possibly secondary to trauma incurred during a prior D+C.
