Treatment Options

Radiograph of a hysterosalpingogram that reveals a uterine cavity with a large central “v” shaped defect that is consistent with either a uterine septum or intrauterine adhesions. The irregular edges of the intrauterine defect suggest adhesions (confirmed surgically). The left fallopian tube is seen to be patent and the right tube fills to the ampullary (larger diameter) portion in this film.
